Chuck called and told Bradley about the mess down at the south east side of the street at the corner of Lincoln and Farnham St where no one could get to the crossing because of rocks, wood, etc., covering the sidewalks. Bradley called whoever needed to be called and that corner and crossing on the west side of the street is now safe for anyone to walk on or use a walker if they need to. I cannot thank you enough, Bradley Hix! Your help and efforts of you and the ones who cleaned that dangerous and horrible mess up are very appreciated!!

My experience with Century 21 was good at first, but quickly took a turn. My realtor didn't seem to know much about the property and gave conflicting information on multiple occasions. The home I bought was also listed with Century 21 and the sellers left it a mess for me in more ways than one. I was promised by the realtors at Century 21 that they would "make it right" however that did not happen. I gave multiple chances for service recovery throughout my home buying experience, however they never stepped up. I would not recommend Century 21 to anyone! Since I cannot reply to your response: The cleaning crew did nothing. They left the home in terrible shape. I still have the pictures of the dirty fridge, trash, dirty cupboards and more left after that "cleaning crew" came. They called me one time. Once. One time to reschedule. And why would I respond? At that point I had already cleaned the home on my own, so there was no point. I really don't wish to welcome a cleaning company back into my home when they did a terrible job the first time around anyway. You are right in saying that I stopped responding to your attempts to reach me. I allowed several opportunities for you to remedy the situation and you chose not to. The opportunity to do that has now passed and I will not allow for more chance for you to fail my expectations. I will share my negative experience with everyone that I can.

Once Dena took over, I couldn't hardly get a hold of her. Never felt she was honest about things. If I would have known she would get rid of both of the realtors I trusted and worked to sell my house, I would have never used Century 21.
